What Flybudz is
Flybudz is an entertainment and social experience where you create a cartoon character and, when available, hang out with other users in a virtual world. Flybudz does not sell, promote the sale of, or arrange the purchase of cannabis or any other controlled substance.
Your account
- To sign up, you must provide a mobile number you own or are authorized to use, and verify it with a one-time code.
- Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You're responsible for activity on your account. Let us know right away at [contact email] if you think someone else is using it.
Text messaging terms
Verification codes: when you sign up or request a new code, we send a one-time verification code to the number you provide.
Flybudz updates (optional): if you check the box to receive updates, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Flybudz about the Service, such as when the Flybudz world opens. Consent is not a condition of using the Service.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to cancel update texts. We'll send one message confirming you've been unsubscribed.

Acceptable use
When using the Service, including any chat or interaction features, you agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, bully, or impersonate anyone, or post hateful, sexually explicit, or violent content.
- Use the Service to buy, sell, or arrange the sale of drugs, weapons, or anything illegal.
- Share other people's personal information without permission.
- Spam, scrape, hack, overload, or interfere with the Service or other users.
- Create accounts with numbers you aren't authorized to use, or use the Service if you are under 18.
We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or end accounts that break these rules.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you create and post, such as your bud's name and messages. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and use that content to operate and promote the Service. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share.
Our content
The Service, including the Flybudz name, characters, artwork, designs, and website, is owned by Flybudz or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may use it only as part of the Service for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Your character outfits and other in-Service items are licensed to you for use in the Service and have no cash value.
Changes and availability
The Service is new and still being built. We may add, change, or remove features, including outfits and the Flybudz world, at any time. We may also update these Terms. If we make significant changes, we'll update the effective date above, and continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Flybudz and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).
Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold harmless Flybudz from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Ending your use
You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing [contact email]. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.
